What happens after you write to us
We reply within one working day, usually asking who sponsors the work and whether they expect to be in post in a year. That answer predicts more than anything else we could ask.
A first conversation is without charge, and we will send the aggregate tracking data before you decide anything, including the engagements that went badly.
Any proposal includes the twelve-month tracking inside the fee rather than as an optional extension, because a recommendation nobody follows up is not really a recommendation.
We will tell you if the timing is wrong. Consulting during a leadership transition produces recommendations with nobody left to own them, and we would rather say so than take the work.
